I often wonder if this was one of those staged fails just to go viral...because how could you NOT know that that was frozen?

I'm sure he knew it was frozen, but I think he believed he'd go through the ice. This looked painful. He's an idiot either way though, lol :-)

I love these fail videos, I watch them a lot and I've gotten pretty good at sniffing out the BS from the real ones, there are facial expressions you just cant fake, the look of shock and pain on that guys face when he hits that ice is undeniably legit. I must admit sometimes I watch these videos and think back to all the dumb shit I have done and wonder how I am not a paraplegic.
