You might be wondering -and reasonably so- why that's important. Well, it means that Trump most likely supplied the Fulton County Sheriff's Office with a Florida ID. I can almost hear the "Yeah, so?"-ing... ...see, the problem is that there's no way in hell he's 215 lbs **6'3", visibly obese**. And unless he's completely delusional, it means he knowingly supplied the state of Florida and the FCSO with false information. Now... Florida's legal thicket doesn't seem to have any significant thorns in it along those lines unless there's money involved but the state of Georgia is a little bit more hard-nosed on subject under GA Code § 16-10-20.1... Second, if the charges are "fake" then it doesn't matter when they're brought, the DOJ is obligated to prove its case and it couldn't -i.e. no problems solved regardless of timing.
