That would have solved all of their problems."; Okay well... first off, DOJ rules and regulations say nothing of the sort so that's a flat out, hilariously desperate lie. Second, if the charges are "fake" then it doesn't matter when they're brought, the DOJ is obligated to prove its case and it couldn't -i.e. no problems solved regardless of timing.
