If you give up the right to remain silent, prosecutors will most definitely use your repeated public confessions against you. | "The Very Strict Rules and Regulations of the Department of Injustice STATE CLEARLY that you can’t prosecute a Political Opponent, or anyone, RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF HIS/HER CAMPAIGN. Why didn’t they bring these FAKE Charges THREE YEARS AGO? That would have solved all of their problems."; Okay well... first off, DOJ rules and regulations say nothing of the sort so that's a flat out, hilariously desperate lie. Second, if the charges are "fake" then it doesn't matter when they're brought, the DOJ is obligated to prove its case and it couldn't -i.e. no problems solved regardless of timing. Ergo, if, by Trump's own assertion, levying of charges three years ago would have "solved all of their problems," and such "solution" is reasonably assumed to be his conviction by a jury of his peers; resulting in imprisonment, disqualification under the 14th Amendment, it follows that the charges aren't "fake" and Trump is displaying mens rea. | image tagged in trump scared, well yes but actually no,lol, logic, stupid criminals, trump is a moron | made w/ Imgflip meme maker
