![WHAT ARE THE ORIGINS OF THE “WORD OF FAITH” MOVEMENT? [1 of 3]
Where did this idea of gibberish come from? Well, around 1900, Charles Parham invented the idea that the language spoken in tongues must be unknown (gibberish). Parham attracted students and insisted they wear the latest clothing fashions, which goes right along with these Word of Faith guys today who claim Jesus wore designer clothing. So, Parham started the outbreak of the unknown-tongues thing, even though his first female student, Agnes Ozman, is now accredited by the charismatic community as the first person to speak in gibberish tongues. However, even Ozman taught that it must be a known language, (in her case, Chinese), and second, Parham was the first to teach speaking in unknown gibberish tongues. So, the charismatic leaders don't even get that history straight. Now, I want to give you what Agnes Ozman actually uttered, what she characterized as "Chinese," and though it’s hard to believe, this is documented. Without ever studying Chinese, Ozman not only claimed to speak it, she also said she could write it, both of which were untrue. Here's a partial transcript of what she supposed said in "Chinese": "Lazzo, lauzo, logal, eenie, meenie, minie, moe.” I did not make that up! ![WHY IS WICCA WITCHCRAFT MASSIVELY INCREASING?
[1 of 3] I think their are two aspects driving this in our world today: First, we see massive promotion of Wicca witchcraft. When we were growing up, if you wanted to learn something about the dark arts, there was no Internet. They didn't promote it like they do now on television and in much of our media. People would have to go into a dark back alley to contact some seedy character in a dingy bookstore. That was the average occultist hangout back in the day. Or someone might introduce you to their secret stash of occult material kept hidden at their house. But now it’s everywhere, being promoted on a scale that just blows me away! But that's only half the reason it is increasing on a massive scale. The other is because those in the Church today are keeping their mouths shut, which allows Wicca to rise with almost no hindrance. And those ignoring the issue are fulfilling Bible prophecy about these last days. So, there is a huge worldwide promotion of witchcraft these days, while the Christian Church is absent from the battle against these occult practices. Instead of equipping us on this crucial issue that God repeatedly warns us about, Churches are busy playing funny reindeer games for their audience; just keeping the show going. Churches have paying people attending but because “shepherds” are not teaching from God's Word, they have to give the people something. That is why they only preach a feel-good,
