IS BIBLE PROPHECY TOO HARD TO UNDERSTAND?
No. God’s inspired Word in the Bible was written so anyone can understand. And how can we pastors call ourselves faithful shepherds, who love our sheep, if we skip a quarter of the Bible? Alistair Begg: “It takes a whole Bible to make a whole Christian.” J. Vernon Magee: “God put the cookies down on the lower shelf so even the kids could get to them.” Dr. David Cooper, (founder of The Biblical Research Society): "When the plain sense of Scripture makes common sense, seek no other sense; therefore, take every word at its primary, ordinary, usual, literal meaning unless the facts of the immediate context, studied in the light of related passages and obvious and fundamental truths,
indicate clearly otherwise." The problem
is only when man starts to
read his own ideas into the Bible. All of the Bible is a blessing but God says Bible Prophecy has a triple blessing. It also keeps us from becoming too worldly minded because we are not saved for this messed up version of the earth here today. It's for the world to come. Bible prophecy tells us about our amazing future! When the Rapture happens, we go to heaven to be with God and then come back with Jesus to the earth to rule and reign with him in the Millennial Kingdom for 1000 years. Then the earth is renovated into a new creation that turns it back into a Garden of Eden and we live in peace with all creatures. You can have a pet lion, tiger, and bear. Who wouldn't want to be here for that? No one has a brighter future than Christians and that’s the message from Bible prophecy. It also makes us aware that today could be the last day, so we should not only be living for Jesus, but also witnessing for Him. | image tagged in future, bible, prophecy, jesus, god | made w/ Imgflip meme maker

HOW COULD THE “GRANDMOTHER OF WICCA WITCHCRAFT” COME FROM A CHRISTIAN HOME? By her mother, Margaret Murray was raised as a devout Christian and even "become a Sunday School teacher to preach the faith. But after entering the academic profession, she rejected religion.” Her turning point occurred when she went to secular college. I've shared this statistic many times and it really seems to show up in stories that get more plentiful every year:; After the first year of college, over 80% of young people who have grown up in a Christian homes, reject the Christian faith. It is a war zone out there and even our Christian kids are not being equipped for the fight because our Churches are not preaching the whole Bible to make disciples of those young men and women. If they're not taught this important information, Churches are throwing them to the wolves and those young people are going to be eaten alive. Apparently, that's what happened to Margaret Murray, forever
known as the “Grandmother of Wicca Witchcraft." | image tagged in witchcraft, wicca, christian, god, bible, jesus | made w/ Imgflip meme maker

IS THE STAR OF DAVID AN OCCULT SYMBOL? Witches claim this about the six-pointed star: "In putting all the element triangles together, it is like merging two pyramids: One pointing towards the earth and the other pointing toward the sky. When merging two triangles in this manner, it creates a six-pointed star called a hexagram. It also shows the merging of the Feminine and Masculine Divine." Besides the hexagram being part of the Hindu belief system and others, the double triangles also represent a prominent occult axion: "As above, So below." Some even claim the hexagram symbol proves Jewish people are into the occult because of their Star of David. I don't necessarily buy into that. We do see others like witchcraft abusing the symbol in occult practices but that doesn't necessarily mean it's what the Jewish people are using it for. The research does show that the Star of David became instituted in Israel through Jewish Kabbalists, who are those Jews involved with Jewish mysticism, which is about occult practices. So, there is an occult tie there but common sense tells us that doesn't necessarily mean the Jewish people are following the occult. The Star of David has become the flag of Israel that they adopted five months after becoming a nation in 1948. It's called the Flag of Zion. So, it may have been used by witches and others in the past but that doesn't mean Israel is involved with those pagan practices, even though it was introduced by those following Jewish Kabbalah. Maybe some Jews do see it as an occult symbol because there is a huge variety of beliefs in Judaism, just as other large communities of believers. As we saw in our Judaism study, not all Jews are Orthodox. Some are even very secular. Of all places for it to be true on our planet, Israel is actually one of the most welcoming countries for homosexuality. A lot of Jewish people are secular these days so they tend to be pro-abortion and extremely liberal in many other ways. Again, they are not all orthodox but I don't think we can throw the baby out with the bathwater on that. Just because the country's flag is a hexagram, does not mean they are representing witchcraft with it.
I don't think that will fly, even though Judaism is an eclectic group. | image tagged in israel, hexagram, bible, occult, god | made w/ Imgflip meme maker

WHAT IS THE TRUE MEANING OF CHRISTIAN COMMUNION? Though we Christians should know better, when it comes to the Church ordinance of Communion, many take it for granted, acting like it’s some dry, stale, and boring ritual where (for some reason) we periodically stand up, pass a plate, hold a cup, and then sit back down, making us good to go until next time. Yet, many Christians don’t understand how that attitude towards Communion is not only displeasing to God, it may very well lead to a His judgment for it. Allowing us to avoid that harsh reality, our study, "The True Meaning of Communion," reminds us of the Bible’s teachings about Communion, which is a time of worship, unity, and urgency. Why do many Christians constantly live in a weakened, sickly state and even seem to die for no reason? Believe it or not, it may have to do
with our attitude and behavior while receiving Communion. | image tagged in last supper, bible, christian, god, jesus, communion | made w/ Imgflip meme maker
