The comment flag feature is being abused

The comment flag feature is being abused | We need a comment flag LIMIT; I had to deal with an alt in msmg flag like 45+ comments for no reason (none of which broke stream rules or tos minus the alt's comments itself). Comment flags imo should be limited to like 10...that way, if you need to, you have enough flags to report a thread, but not abuse the feature | image tagged in e | made w/ Imgflip meme maker
