DO SEVENTH DAY ADVENTISTS, JEHOVAH'S WITNESSES, AND MORMONS PUT A CURSE ON THEIR FOLLOWERS? [4 of 4] By subjecting their followers to outdated Old Testament Law, as well as organizational rules—their prescription to supposedly make it to heaven—Seventh Day Adventists, Mormons, Jehovah’s Witnesses, and other cults put a horrible curse on their devotees. That is what these false faiths do with their works-based gospel, which is nothing new, just a repackaging of the same old heresy from way back at the beginning of the Church. Each of them are harming their followers to the point of putting those poor people under a curse. I did not say that. It is exactly what we find in Scripture. We flawed humans can't even keep the first commandment: How many of us have spent every day of our lives perfectly loving
the Lord our God with all our heart, mind, and strength? Don't say you have, or you'll also be guilty of violating the ninth commandment against lying—of course you already have anyway—I'm just trying to help. But my point is that we can't even make it past one requirement in an attempt to achieve our own salvation without Jesus. So, it ain't gonna happen! We need Christ. Seventh Day Adventists, Jehovah’s Witnesses, Mormonism, and many, many other false-faith organizations are just works-based cults—because cults are always works based. These groups begin their teachings by getting their source of authority (not the Bible) wrong and then all their other doctrine tumbles downhill from there. They may even profess to rely supremely on the Bible, but when pressed and in practice, they do not! Ultimately, they get the wrong way to heaven because they do not trust in the free work of Christ alone. And this has been
purposeful from their founding became a free gift from Jesus does
not allow those organizations to control people, gain slave labor,
and coerce a massive amount of money from them. | image tagged in mormon, adventist, jehovah's witness, god, bible, jesus | made w/ Imgflip meme maker

IS THE "WORD OF FAITH" MOVEMENT JUST WESTERNIZED HINDUISM? [1 of 4] Even a secular world can see the Word of Faith preachers for the hucksters they are. Day after day they get on television, claiming we can have a perfect life full of riches beyond our most ambitious dreams, just as India’s gurus promise Hindus. Both the Word of Faith people and Hindu gurus also promise perfect health. Still, the Christian Church today is mostly silent about these people in our midst. And what is the result? Second Peter tells us that the failure to mention it, thus allowing it to grow in the Church, brings the truth of Christianity into shameful disrepute. We must call a spade a spade! Here are the kinds of preachers Peter warned us to look out for in these last days of the Christian Church: "In their greed these teachers will exploit you with stories they made up. Their condemnation has long been hanging over them and their
destruction has not been sleeping.” In other words, we don't want
to be around them when the hammer comes down. | image tagged in hindu, false teachers, god, bible, jesus, church | made w/ Imgflip meme maker

DO SEVENTH DAY ADVENTISTS, JEHOVAH'S WITNESSES, AND MORMONS PUT A CURSE ON THEIR FOLLOWERS? [3 of 4] The problem isn’t the Old Testament Law. What was the purpose of God’s law? As Paul says in Romans, the law is holy and righteous because it came from God. However, the reason the law can become a curse is because we humans decide to take it on, even though we are doomed to fail at that. And that's what we need to own up to. So, why did God still put the law out there? The Apostle Paul says this: "The law became our guardian to lead us to Christ, that we might be justified by faith." Our inability to keep the law, even just the Ten Commandments, should drive
us to the commonsense conclusion that we need a savior. It should tell us we need help from God, because we cannot achieve an eternity spent with Him by our own actions—so, that fact drives us to humble ourselves and accept Christ’s offer of help. We're not to attempt getting ourselves justified by trying to live a perfect life like Christ did, because then we would not need Jesus. Besides, a sinless life is not possible for any person other than Christ. Instead, we are justified by our faith in Him, which is from His justification through being completely innocence under the law, while also taking on death at the cross for God’s glory and our salvation. Jesus was actually able to keep the law, so we must rely on Him taking
our place as condemned sinners. We must have faith in Him.
Then we receive God’s pardon. That is God’s law. | image tagged in adventist, mormon, jehovah's witness, god, bible, cult | made w/ Imgflip meme maker

WHO WAS "NOSE-HAIR DAMUS?” He is better known as Nostradamus, the guy who wrote quatrain (four-line) predictions about the future, for which people still call him a prophet. But he wrote purposely-vague predictions of future events so that all sorts of coming scenarios could be said to have fulfilled his non-specific forecasts. And Nostradamus was actually involved with witchcraft. He practiced the sorcery of scrying, an occult activity that involves staring at fire, or a shiny surface like a mirror or water, until you get into an altered state of
consciousness that allows you to more easily receive visions
and messages from spirits—which are demons. Here are other ways he practiced witchcraft's scrying: "He used various forms of meditation, focusing on fire or water while being under the influence of mild hallucinogens.” And he knew he was messing with dangerous occult practices, even warning his son not to dare do what dad had done. About his witchcraft, Nostradamus said this: “Such practices 'dry up the body, disturb the mind, and send the soul to hell.' For that reason he burned the ancient
books, in which he first discovered the techniques involved.
He said they burned with an unnatural brilliance.” | image tagged in nostradamus, god, bible, witchcraft, jesus | made w/ Imgflip meme maker

DO SEVENTH DAY ADVENTISTS, JEHOVAH'S WITNESSES, AND MORMONS PUT A CURSE ON THEIR FOLLOWERS? [2 of 4] Paul continues speaking about those who reject the free gift of salvation from Jesus by deciding to also base their salvation on even one tiny part of Old Testament law—by doing so they must take on the entire law: “For it is written, 'Cursed is everyone who does not continue to do EVERYTHING written in the Book of the Law.” Again, Paul is saying we would have to keep the entire list of Old Testament laws if we are going to put ourselves under even one part of the law. What's the problem with that? We can’t do it! No one can. Paul says this: "Clearly no one is justified before God
by the law.” How do our modern false teachers get around that? They can't. So, why are they still preaching this stuff today when it is clearly not from the Lord? Paul continues: "The righteous will live by faith." Not by works! Keeping the law is not basing your way to heaven on faith in Jesus. It is relying our own works—not what Jesus did for us. The Bible says, "The man who does these things will have to live by them." But Christ redeemed us from the curse by becoming a curse for us. The Bible says, "Cursed is everyone who is hung on a tree." We hang ourselves on a tree when we take on Old Testament law, even though Jesus saved us from not being able to follow it perfectly. Of course, we still strive to live like Jesus out appreciation for what He did. God redeemed us in order that the blessing given to Abraham would also come to the
Gentiles (you and I). He did so—by faith alone in Jesus Christ—that
we might receive the promise of the Spirit; not of the law! | image tagged in adventist, mormon, jehovah's witness, god, bible, jesus | made w/ Imgflip meme maker
