Please discuss :) | I would like to hear everyone's thoughts on Article 16: Security of the Common Sense Constitution; At the time it was written, the constitution was constantly being changed by *certain people* to cement power and to enshrine laws into a constitution (laws themselves do not belong in a constitution); It has been well over a year since then, and those people are no longer in the stream. There remains no threat that people will try and weaponize the constitution. IDs to vote has already been abolished (Article 11 Section 2) and the election process for vice president has been changed (Article 2 Section 1); My point, is that Article 16 no longer seems necessary, and it is already being disregarded.
