Group therapy is a space for people to talk about their issues free of judgement or being told what they should or shouldn't do. "I" statements relating another person's experience(s) to your own are encouraged. Confidentiality is a crucial part of group therapy but due to this venue that isn't really possible--therefore any sensitive information should only be shared via memechat or some other private method. Don't give out private personal information.
