7- Lips; Today we are working on the lips. Create a new layer in your project. This is the order in which your layers should be in. Take the sketchy tool and fill in the lips with your darkest chosen color. With a lighter color, shade inside of the lips. Blend it out then finally add your lightest color to the very center and blend that out. | image tagged in purple's art series | made w/ Imgflip meme maker

6- Eyes; Today we are working on the eyes.
Create 2 new layers titled "Eyeball" and "Iris".They should both be above the "Face" Layer. This is the order your layers should be in. First, take the sketch tool and color in the eyeball on the eyeball layer. Head to the "Chemy" tool, make sure it's on the line, and make sure it says "Lock Alpha" is checked. Use a darker shade of gray to create dimension around the eyeball. blend it out with the blending tool (Make sure it's on Lock Alpha as well) and move to the Iris layer. Use the sketchy tool to create a circle in each eye. Outline each circle in black and then put a lighter color on the bottom half inside of the circle. Add white highlights to the top of the eye. | image tagged in purple's art series | made w/ Imgflip meme maker

5- Skin; Today we will be working on a major part of the drawing: the skin. You will need the previous color palette from part 4. The first thing you need to do is make sure your outline layer is the top layer. After that is done, make 2 new layers titled "Face" and Neck." This is the order your layers should be in. open the sketch tool and make the brush size larger. Right click on your base color and use the sketch tool to fill in your outline where the skin should be. Switch over to the "Chemy" tool and press the "Lock Alpha checkbox. Click the little line icon. This will give you freedom to scribble and completely stay in the lines without having to be careful. Block in your shadows using varying deeper shades. Use a variety of shadow colors with a range of value. Gradually getting darker as you go. If more explanation is needed, please feel free to ask in the comments. When you are finished adding shadows, switch over to the "Blend" tool and drag the opacity and size way down, and the blending up to 100%. Blend out your shadows into your base color. Once blended out, if more shading is needed, just add more with the chemy tool and blend out once again. Repeat until satisfied. Switch to the neck layer and repeat. If you are confused, questions are welcome. Finally, switch back to the chemy tool and choose one of your lighter colors and add highlights at the highest points of the face. Blend once more, and you are finished. | image tagged in purple's art series | made w/ Imgflip meme maker

4- Creating your color palette; today we will be making our color palette to use for the drawing. You don't have to make one, you can just go find one on google. However, for those that would like to make their own, follow me!
To start off, I'm linking a template in the comments for you to use for your color palette ^^ All you do is make a separate tab in kleki or another website and import it in. It looks like this. for the first step, start with the skin. go in the color picker and choose a base color, placing it in the middle. then choose a few corresponding darker colors and lighter colors, placing them on either side. Choose as many as you want. Repeat these steps for the lips, hair, and miscellaneous. The miscellaneous can be whatever. it can be clothing, jewellry, other accessories that you may be interested in adding. Keep in mind these color choices may change as you draw, and that's absolutely ok. This is just the thought process and you don't have to adhere to the color scheme if you don't want to. for the eyes, you will repeat the previous instructions twice. once for the white of the eye, and one for the iris.
For the eyeball: you will need a series of brownish grays and other colors that may seem out of place such as a deep red, brown, dark blue. It will look something like this. for the iris, you just choose a color with dark and light variants, something like this:; After finishing your color scheme, copy and paste it into a new layer on your saved project in kleki. | image tagged in purple's art series | made w/ Imgflip meme maker
