Here in Australia, a couple years back, there were some "Invasion Day" protests. In Australia, we celebrate Australia Day the day that the British landed on the shores of our great nation. Unfortunately, the Aboriginal Australians and many other Aussie leftists believe that this day was some kind of horrific event. Like, Holocaust level horrific. A lot of them were burning Australian flags, comparing our beloved Union Jack to a swastika. I wish we had a Prime Minister that would treat disrespectors of our banner the same way Mr Trump does. I have great respect for your president.

To make things clear, Invasion Day protests weren't just happening that year, but every year since 1938. Every year, you see it get further and further from "Invasion Day" to "Leftist Day". Freedom of speech doesn’t make you immune to the consequences of misusing that freedom. She issued a public apology acknowledging that the posts were disrespectful and in poor taste, stated that she accepted responsibility for the consequences, and returned to Canada.

Those are our national colors, not some fraternity and sorority or exclusive clubhouse flag. That's what makes it deportable to me. I spent 28 years in the Marines and the Army and I treated all branches as one part of DOD, and we're all bound to the one national flag. That's our whole team. If you really go on a protest in public against the one thing that covers all of us from the lowest factory worker to the leaders of commerce and science you are pretty much siding against us is how I see it. You can say what you want, that's what confession and psych counselors are there for but some things are crossing the lines.
