Nothing was changed by the Dems or by anyone else. That is how the law in NY works. If you falsify business records in an attempt to cover up another crime, it is a felony. If you do it 34 times it's 34 felonies. Always has been. .... Or since the 1960's anyway.

Him trying to argue "presidential immunity" to have it overturned should have clued YOU🫵 in.

He's not arguing that he didn't do it, he's not arguing that he was unfairly prosecuted or that the prosecution or judge did anything illegal or wrong, he is arguing that he should be above the law because he is president.
