Larger, more densely populated areas do not tend to vote for Republican candidates, and constantly telling Republicans not to do mail-in voting has actually had its effect. Because math.

In California everyone gets a mail in ballot. So republicans do vote by mail. Dumbocrats actually believe the majority of late ballots counted came in for the third place finisher in LA. Statistically not likely at all. In fact it is likely impossible.
