It never was, If it was, the Democratic Party would have been sued out of existence a long time ago.

That's how the KKK got turned into a small neutered social club. The Southern Poverty Law Center started to sue it on behalf of victims until it was vbroken financially.

Same thing happened with all those other Far Right White supremacist outfits that were popping up in the 80s and 90s and so on, they sued them out of existence.
