Blame the prosecution. They did a lousy job.

Classic demorrhoid perspective.. NEVER blame the criminal.

Mark Fuhrerman is also a criminal. He committed perjury
0 ups, 4h
Ahh, good for him then. Because even in death, he won't be blamed for it then, by the dumbotards, because they NEVER blame the criminal.

I'm disgusted that there is a word that freedom of speech doesn't cover.

words*

Don't forget any applied to the country-that-cannot-be-named for criticisms of it it's and its citizens. You say that stuff in college, and you either get the boot or your college will lose its funding. And they're working on making it illegal.

Wow... as usual, 100% ass-backwards.

Of course, I too believe 100% in freedom of speech. Yet, freedom of speech has absolutely no guarantee of freedom from consequences. So, people can say whatever they want.

Yet you and your ilk want to extend freedom of speech to things like preventing Jewish students from entering a building in which the class they're attending is being conducted.

Yeah, it's actually things like that that get you in trouble in the country you refuse to name.

Me and my ilk are about one of only four, possibly five, Jews I've encountered in my decade on this site, although with me it's only by virtue of my great grandfather which I only found out a couple of decades ago, having been raised Catholic, and it's true identity heated for immigration purposes.

Ahhh, sounds like you're saying that you were all for killing Jews up until you found out about your great grandfather. Okay, got it.
0 ups, 3h
Yes, as a kid, my great-grandfather was on the run for his life because people like you wanted to kill him. And that's why his identity got hidden when the family that took him in moved from Spain to Puerto Rico, the paperwork would have gotten a bit more complicated than needed if they didn't claim he was their biological son...

Nobody here said that, and that wouldn't be a free speech issue anyway

How do you feel about the FACE Act?
1 up, 5h,

Face act is unconstitutional
0 ups, 4h
I think it may be enforced in an unconstitutional way, particularly when the left is in charge but the law itself?

As I just told cheesy, I don't know a lot about it, so it's entirely possible my view is formed based on a lack of info. I'm certainly willing to hear both sides views, then of course do a little research myself, before forming a final opinion.

You actually read his entire comment?
I just saw him say something about Jewish and I figured it was the usual regular spiel.

The guy is literally trying to sew division between me and my own blood. You just can't make this stuff up.

"Nobody here said that, and that wouldn't be a free speech issue anyway"

Wow, the lack of knowledge about what can be considered freedom of speech, is astounding. You should go back to your Civics teacher and ask about that, cheesy.

And the fact, as your statement sure seems to indicate, that if nobody here said, it's not happened, is quite astounding.

Cheesy, for the sake of your future self, put the phone down and live a little in the real world. Your future self will thank me for this advice.

Now, unlike most of those here on the mighty imgflip that I pose questions to, which are mostly ignored, I will take a swing at answering your question, cheesy. My knowledge of the face act is probably pretty basic. Freedom of access to places like churches, abortion clinics, etc. Unfortunately, leftards have taken what seems like an essentially decent premise and turned it into another tool in their arsenal to prevent free speech. People should have access, so they should not be physically prevented from entering these types of buildings. But to tell anyone that they can't be in that area, surely a public area, and exercise their 1A right to free speech, seems pretty anti-American. I'm sure I don't have a full grasp of the details of the law and the nuances of how it's enforced, so I'll have to rely on your always thoroughly informed and objective opinion about it for more info. So please cheesy, have it, and thanks in advance for any info you can provide.

Wait, cheesy, is this what they're using to prosecute Don Lemon and his cohorts for busting up a church service?
0 ups, 3h
Correct, somebody actually did say that. You. You did.

Hey, I was wondering, you left out demorrhoids, TDS, and here in taxiformia. Is everything okay?

Are you upset that you can't say the N word without consequences?
1 up, 5h,
1 reply
When a percentage of the country can say it freely and the rest can lose everything for saying it, yeah I got a problem with it.
0 ups, 3h
Interesting that your issue has to do with you not being able to say it as opposed to why is anybody saying it at all?

Blame the jury. Several of them have admitted the verdict was for racial injustice, not justice
2 ups, 8h
Yup... the LA jury was too stupid to understand the DNA evidence.

I'd rather be a successful lawyer than a racist POS
0 ups, 3h,

So, clearly your definition of success includes facing overmatched prosecutors and getting someone who most assuredly killed two people in cold blood, off from the charges?

While technically a "success" because they won the case, most people would not consider that act a success. Our legal system says that what happened was fine, and in that sense I'm okay with it. But people are going to believe what they want about that case, and for the most part, decent people don't like to see murderers set free. But since that's clearly okay with you, we'll just have to agree to disagree on this one.
0 ups, 1h
Regardless of his guilt he didn't get a fair trial. Evidence was tampered with. Property was stolen from his house. There was all kinds of issues with the trial.

Not surprising that conservatives are defending a racist who called people the N word

I'm not defending him. Just asking which is worse, saying a word or letting a double murderer go free

The question is legit. I doubt cheesy can handle it though, with being so young and still in school.
