Narcissist: adj. A person who believes they have the right and authority to tell others how much money they are allowed to have. And what kind of and how many items (which includes firearms) they are allowed have in their possession.

If a person has too much money (based on some arbitrary notion of what is too much money) then they must give that money to the government. So that an extremely small amount of that money might be given to the poor. This is not intended to solve poverty, it is to keep the poor wanting for more money, and to insure they will always vote Democrat. The majority of the money mysteriously disappears. Because socialism (and all its variants, i.e. fascism, nazism and communism) is founded on corruption.
