Wrong the state administers the federal funds so it is federal funds. If it’s happening here it’s likely happening in every blue sanctuary state and yes it impacts healthcare for the rest of the citizens or are you saying it’s ok for illegal aliens to receive more benefits for free than people on social security who worked here their whole life?

Actually it's only partially Federal funds, and that out of block grants that are given to individual states to administer themselves. So whatever they're taking out of Federal money is being taken out of what they get for the entire state, citizens included. They don't get extra for extra people. And as only partial, the rest is actually paid by the state itself.
