If Democrat politicians were more like Bill Maher, they would start winning elections again. Common sense Americans should send "Thank You" cards to the DNC for their continued strategy.

It's just astounding to me how much I am agreeing with Bill Maher on some of the things he is saying. I haven't changed my positions. I'm still a strict constitutional conservative.

Maher claims he's still a liberal.

The only thing I can figure out is he's a liberal who finally sees the Democrats have become a huge steaming pile. He prefers caca in slightly smaller amounts, not completely covered in it from head to toe like most libs today.

All of that crap is on the left and the farther right you go the less you have to smell it.

Maybe he's a classical liberal.

Yes, they use to believe in the constitution and free speech. The party has left him behind. They will demand his and Fettermans purge from the party.

No, not a classical liberal. Thomas Jefferson was a classical liberal. I'm a classical liberal. Socialists hijacked the word in the early 20th century to mask who they really are and they aren't liberals in the classical sense.

Maher is still a bonehead, he's just a bonehead who realized he has limits on just how much insanity he can tolerate.

Thomas Jefferson was not a Classical Liberal, and neither are you. That's a recently made up term. Jefferson was a Leftist in regards to being part of getting rid of British rule in the colonies, but he was no Liberal. And you bear no resemblance to Jefferson and that lot.

The fact that you keep referring to Bill Maher over and over and over again is pretty fair indication that he is far from a Liberal. And don't tell me you just watch him so you can get the view from the 'other side,' whatever that side is.

So then if I agree with most everything that Thomas Jefferson said and Jefferson says he's a liberal then am I a liberal? Wouldn't that would make you a conservative and, therefore, a nazi?

That's true, you agree with Jefferson about slavery.

The South, the Confederacy, segregation... If it wasn't for them, there never would have been any Nazis. Literally.

"That's true, you agree with Jefferson about slavery."

I do. He opposed it. He introduced several bills into the Virginia state legislature trying to change the law that prevented slave owners from freeing their slaves. He wanted to free his slaves. He wanted to abolish slavery.

Hey did it make you sad that the Ayatollah Khamenei was killed? I imagine that just broke your heart. Just asking for a friend.

False. Jefferson owned slaves. He introduced no such little bills and there was no such law preventing slave owners from freeing their slaves. That doesn't even make sense.

This was already explained to you last year. I don't know why you insist on making these things up..
2 ups, 3w
False. Your lack of knowledge about history doesn't mean it never happened.

This was already explained to you in every comment I have ever made to you.

Was Bill Maher on George Lopez' show or do you find that episode particularly funny?

I just hear what Maher has been saying ever since I first heard of him, probably back in the 90's. He says he's a liberal. By the amount of caca that's come out of his mouth I have absolutely no reason to doubt him. No reason at all. He's definitely a liberal. He's just a liberal of about 15 years or more ago.

Actually it was a Saturday Night Live skit in which George Lopez appeared on Politically Correct but as an episode of The George Lopez Show.

No, what you heard was Bill Maher saying "I'm a liberal, but..." Guy begins every other sentence with that.

You probably actually watch his show. I don't. I just see video clips online far too many times. Just like how I see far too many excerpts of The View. Although, I typically don't watch the clips of The View. I have no interest in anything they have to say. I just don't know how they gave a show to the dumbest people on the planet and they have kept that show of decades. I think the only ones who watch that show are conservatives who post clips online. If they would just stop watching it then the show would go away.

Wish I came up with that one.
Oh wait, I did.

What show? Are you talking about reruns from 2001 (which was 25 years ago, btw), or is it really actually still around somewhere?

Loud and proud. If you do it, you do it.

Your backpedaling and tepid deflections aren't exactly overwhelmingly effective. I watched Red Eye from the second season until Gutfeld went all sour and dour blah after becoming part of The Five when that started. Because of Red Eye, I watched Megyn Kelly with Bill Hemmer, then after she was gone for a few months to have a baby, her own show solo when she came back. I actually watched O'Reilly's drrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrone fest on quite a few occasions - till I kept passing out from sheer boredom. Somebody forgot to tell the guy that he's no longer teaching school anymore and doesn't have to wait for the class jot down every single thing he said. I even saw Glenn Beck cry. Remember Glenn Beck? He was going to be president.

Do I hide these things? Granted it's kind of embarrassing, but what do I care? If someone doesn't like it, then they don't have to watch it.

Admitting to being an avid Bill Maher fan isn't exactly going to make you my favorite buddy, in fact, it isn't going to change anything at all. But what does that matter to you? This is the web, nothing can touch you, you're safe. And if somebody doesn't like it, then that's their issue to be bothered with, not yours.

That's the wonder of being a weirdo that couldn't ever fit in, I got to do what I wanted because I liked it. Everybody else got to hide. From themselves.

I almost feel sorry for them. Almost.

Bill Maher had a show called Real Time on ABC. Then ABC canceled that show. Then he got another show on HBO. I don't know if that is still on or not but I think it is. He also does a podcast like Joe Rogan.

You watch Red Eye a whole lot more than I do. I just don't think Gutfeld is all that funny but that's not the reason why I don't watch his show. I don't watch Fox News. Especially when we canceled Dish Network. I watch movies and shows on streaming.

But I'll get on FB or YouTube and Dave Rubin or someone will have a video with a clip from Maher's show.

Do you like taking a statement and going to the extreme with it? I dislike Maher. I just think it is cool that he's one of the very few who sees just how truly awful Democrats are.

You don't like anyone do you? Just hate, hate, hate all the time hate. O'Reilly has a podcast that I'll bet you watch religiously. I haven't seen it, I've only heard about it. Beck was never going to run for president.

I take it that you are an avid fan of Cenk Uygur and the Young Turds. Do you have a picture of Cenk in your room that you kiss every night before going to bed? Just asking for a friend.

Check you out pretending to get Bill Maher's shows backwards.

Politically Incorrect was on ABC.

Of course you don't watch Fox, yous never do.
Actually, come to think of it, I'm the only one on this stream who has. And I don't even like it.

Greg Gutfeld is not funny. He used to be funny. Till The Five began. Then he started his Jerry Lewis lost Dean Martin routine.

He tried reviving his old self again, as he does with his current nightly show, but it seems like Greg Gutfeld trying to act like Greg Gutfeld, as opposed to Greg Garfield being Greg Gutfeldt. He even pauses for the laughs on cue on his current show. So sad.

Oh that's right. It was called Politically Correct but then that got cancelled Then they gave him Real Time.

I'm sure there are a lot of people here who watch Fox News. It is the highest rated cable news network so someone is watching it. But it ain't me because I don't have the ability to watch it.

Even when I first saw Gutfeld I didn't think he was very funny. Regardless, apparently his show is kicking butt on the late night ratings. He stomps all over Kimmel, Colbert and Fallon.

Does it make you sad that Colbert's show got cancelled and Kimmel will be cancelled just as soon as ABC figures out how to fire him without leftist rioting in the streets.

You're right, after all there's really only one effective way to win that contest and nobody has been brave enough to do it.
