First off, he had a permit to carry the gun.
Irrelevant, it is not legal to carry a weapon to a protest. Especially when working for a group known to disrupt ICE operations
Second, he didn't pull out the gun, and he had no intention to. All he did was filming, and even if filming was illegal in this situation (it probably wasn't), it's no excuse to murder someone.
Irrelevant, and mostly opinion. You nor the officers know his motivation. Your opinion the shooting was murder is just your opinion. All LEO use of force will be investigated and if the shooting was not justified, they will be charged.
Third, the gun was taken away from him. Which already makes it impossible for him to be a threat, meaning there is not a single reason to shoot him.
Wrong, in a dog pile sight plays a role, when the weapon that should never have been there in the first place was removed and by whom will come out eventually. Who saw a weapon not in the hands of an officer and who screamed gun (the order to fire) also matters. The shooting was as predictable as the Good shooting, play stupid games in high stress areas at high stress times and you could get hurt.
Fourth, he wasn't a criminal, he wasn't a terrorist, he wasn't some kind of threat to the nation, he was a civilian. A nurse on top, a person whose job is to help people instead of harm them. And conservatives like you think it's ok to make fun of such a person but instantly get mad when someone says something slightly negative about Charlie Kirk.
The term for him is insurgent. He was a member of a known cell who job it was to obstruct, record and stop law enforcement agents from performing their duties. The left is not mad a protestor died, they are mad a trained agitator did. The country is better off without him.
