Yes, this is absolutely true; and now let's explore this for the typically 'thinking-challenged'. First, most those COVID orders from the U.S. government and state governors were illegal. The U.S. government cannot legally order the average citizen to take an experimental mRNA drug or lose their jobs as a result, and neither can state governors. So sayeth the Supreme Court. The only deviation from that are -- apparently healthcare workers.

Second, it has long been the law that an ICE agent has got the legal authority to detain anyone interfering in an ICE operation. So when the ICE agents ordered Renee Goodman to shut off her engine and exit the vehicle it was not just a suggestion. By gunning her engine instead and heading directly for an ICE agent not only was she breaking established law but was directly endangering a federal agent. It was a justified shooting in self-defense.

Thus endeth the lesson.

Sigh . . . since Renee Good was overtly interfering in an ICE operation Barnes versus Felix does not apply. She wasn't pulled over on speculation. She was blatantly interfering in an ongoing ICE operation which automatically made it legal for ICE to detain her. She resisted detention and then gunned her engine into an ICE agent in an attempt to escape.

Thus endeth the second and final lesson regardless of what inapplicable garbage you slap on deck next.

Nope. She was dropping off her wife so her *wife* could go *protest* and right from the start, her vehicle was positioned not in a way suggesting intentional blockage of traffic lanes but in a manner consistent with a three point turn. And the more you lie about the thing, the more you indicate you're in support of open murder of U.S. citizens by the Trump regime.

No, she wasn't, and no it doesn't. She and her wife were agitators specifically trained to interfere with ICE operations and they were on site so to do. All of that has already been established. Next time pay attention to things OTHER than just that covered by leftist media outlets working for the political interests of the DNC. Barnes versus Felix does NOT apply in regards to citizens directly interfering in an ICE operation as they were clearly doing by deliberate intent. Buh-bye!
