The amount mentioned that could be be unfrozen by Trump is much larger ($20B). It's in the regular news and probably didn't make it to the pasteurized right-wing news media.
Trump's will be far worse. He has to contend with the Strait of Hormuz first before any missile and nuke talk. The Art of the Deal book was obviously done by a ghost writer, not Trump.
