Congrats To Walmart's Employee Of The Month

That employee of the month might not be around for long. At the Walmart where I live, they got rid of some of the do-it-yourself checkout terminals to stop people from stealing things. Across the street from that Walmart is an Aldi. That Aldi eliminated all their do-it-yourself checkout terminals for the same reason.

Fine with me. I like it when someone else scans my groceries, especially items that don't have barcodes.

Self checkout instituted to save money ending up costing more in an increase in loss due to humanity's broken and fallen nature. Failure to understand reality always leads to collateral damage. Also, another proof, as TD points out, increasing the minimum wage forces: new, untrained, or "unskilled" labor out of the workforce. Hurting the young and the poor is not the answer politicians. Do better.

Good comment and was just talking about so many people stealing when all should know better. I would think every child is taught this yet some are taught to steal alongside their own parent. Disgusting!

I, too, am shocked that we have fallen this far in such a short time. The Bible tells of a period known as the "End Times" when good is portrayed or becomes evil and evil becomes good. Where humanity will be given up to sinful passions and depraved minds. Lovers of themselves. Prideful. God will allow them to fully indulge their broken and corrupted minds and hearts to moral degredation and self destruction. In our youth it was possible, even likely, to leave our doors unlocked. Evil existed, but wasn't celebrated and cheered on by half of society. we are witnessing, I believe, the coming of the events written of in the book of Revelation. The leftist elites, the uni party and their Toadies are pushing and pulling humanity down a path of destruction of literal biblical proportions. The OWG only needs the US removed to initiate their dominance of humanity. Once that happens the speed of our collective fall will make what we are seeing now seem tame.

Doesn't matter anyways, Revelations is nothing other than revenge porn, the events and time it spoke of were nearly two millennia ago. Judea had fallen, Jerusalem had falling, and Jesus never came back to kick the Romans out.

That doesn't mean you can't find the way, but you can't find if you keep trying to pretend you can make everybody else do it for you. It doesn't work that way. Only you can be held responsible for yourself. Everybody has their own lives to contend with, not yours.

I thank you for the backup Mrs B, but I only knew about the comment because I checked on your comment. I don't have the time or energy to waste either on comments that tell the world more about what commenter needs to work on than what I do. Some seem to just be perpetually upset or are only capable of communicating with their angry voice. I do admire their ability and the energy needs required to vent non stop, I just don't have the inclination to attempt to keep up.😌👍
