I have to assume there's some sort of long term endgame here where the cause of death is less damaging and their organs are harvested to give to rich people...leading to a bigger marketing budget?

There's absolutely something nefarious about this, I just don't know exactly what it is

It's more cost effective in the short term to end people's lives than to treat them. I also suspect something is done with their organs. I don't recognize my country anymore.

If they are ending people's life because it's giving them a choice, that's pretty sick on the count that it's cheaper, but all in all it's more expensive to loose a consumer in a priced hiked economy. It would be like saying, schools cost to much to fund, so let the parents teach the kids.... Wonder what the pro life stance is in Canada.....

The real goal is to get the population down to a more manageable size, but of they get the AI robots working, they might just get rid of everyone.

Yep, this is what happens with every government program. It's why you should have the minimum government necessary and always watch it like a hawk.

That's a sick mind game to play on the most volurnable populations, poor, sick and improvised. Sure life is hard being a human with large setbacks, that still doesn't mean a living human doesn't deserve healthcare over suicide... But then their is the devil's advocate side that says, should we allow people who want to die the legal avenue to die on their terms when ready?

I wouldn't want to loose a loved one to this, but if they were suffering I wouldn't want that either. , then their is the whole, don't let women decide what they want to do within their pregnancy issue. It's one thing when a person is making the decision, it's another when the government is pushing the option, or withholding the option.
