Well, the bowl of warm oatmeal himself might not have been able to piece think it all the way through, but the cabal running the autopen certainly would have released any dirt they had on Trump.
Of course they would... if they released made-up dirt on Trump, they certainly would have released actual dirt on Trump, had there been any.
Why? Because the autopen had a serious case of TDS, which I'm pretty sure you are familiar with.
