Hillary Clinton Cellphone Meme | AMATEURS | image tagged in memes, hillary clinton cellphone | made w/ Imgflip meme maker
Unlike Hillary's homebrew bathroom server, there wasn't anything classified involved.

Yes, there was. And it's government operations, so it needed to be preserved. Which it wasn't.

Everyone on that chat knew that, and no one said anything. They all need to resign. There needs to be investigations.

Signal was an approved communication platform, certified by the Biden Administration.

and no. Nothing classified.

Yes, the Biden administration did approve Signal... but not for "non-public use" and definitely not for classified information.

Because you want to claim that the specific date, time, and the name of the target isn't classified information?

Because that's what Hegseth put in the chat.

Was it marked as classified?

oh, can you think of an instance when specifying the date, time, name, and location of a bombing target two hours ahead of time wouldn't be classified?

Please explain how this sort of information wouldn't be classified? Can anyone see this? Can I go see the intended bombing targets at any time? Is this public information available to anyone?

Was it marked?

So only things marked as classified are classified? What if I do ctrl+f to find all the instances of the word Classified and remove it? Is the document no longer classified?

What if I went to the grocery store and wrote Classified on a Betty Crocker brownie box recipe? Is it instantly now classified? What about all the other boxes with the exact same recipe on them? Are they not classified because the word classified isn't there?

"So only things marked as classified are classified? "

Apparently, yes. My source? Hillary Clinton texts and in-home email server. She directed staff to remove headings and portion markings off classified information and then send it unprotected.

So do not apply any other rules than the ones she was allowed to break because "the intent was not there."

You should review your source, because according to the Director of the FBI James Comey, in his statement about the investigation into Hillary Clinton and her email. He explicitly says as a part of their investigation they looked into the accusation that she directed her staff to remove headings and portions marking information as classified.

They did not find that it happened. Ever.

You can read it here: https://www.fbi.gov/news/press-releases/statement-by-fbi-director-james-b-comey-on-the-investigation-of-secretary-hillary-clinton2019s-use-of-a-personal-e-mail-system

As to intent- yeah, intent is a important part of that law. Did he intend to share classified information over the channel?

That he did it points to a lot of "yes." What's important here is all of the very public statements made by a majority of the participants in that chat about the need for information security from the 2016 campaign. Here's the quote: Pete Hegseth in 2016: "How damaging is it to your ability to recruit or build allies with others when they are worried that our leaders may be exposing them because of their gross negligence or their recklessness in handling information?"

You can watch him say it here on Twitter: https://x.com/MattGertz/status/1904238661174018534?

So, if this were 2015, there's be a lot more benifit of doubt- maybe they didn't understand the risks and all of that. But this is a decade later. A decade of "but her emails." and the need for information security from the very people in that chat.

They all knew better and they did it anyway. From Vance on down, every single one should have been forced to resign that day.

What else have they been doing over Signal? That can't be the only chat they had going on. They have that chat a very specific title. If that was the only chat, why that specific title?

She did. And more than 50 email chains on her private server were marked classified after retrieval from her house.

If that was thoroughly investigated, this needs to be too

yeah, a text chain that shouldn't have existed. If they're planning strikes on off-recorded channels, what else are they doing without keeping records?

And when confronted about the story, they immediately lied about it.

IF you were upset about Benghazi and Afghanistan, you should be livid over this.

Ok. Let's get technical

War plans: war

Attack plans: for a attack

Both are really bad regardless and he released the texts

What makes anyone think or believe these characters in high profile government positions utilize the very same app tech they use to track and monitor you, for chat about strategic war plans/strikes on foreign enemies?
Lol

My point is...how dumb does society have to be, to but these ridiculous manufactured psy-ops?
2 ups, 2d
They aren't dumb per say. They are uninformed and were never taught to check sources and verify facts. They are also pretty busy trying to figure out what they are going to eat next week.
2 ups, 2d
Yes. End to End. it just covers the transmission. Meaning they cover the middle part. But the sender and receiver have to be able to read it. When it's unencrypted.

So, if you have access to the device, you too can read those chats.

With Skype's ending, it was either Signal or Discord.
