Trump is saying that some else used the autopen to sign documents without Joe's knowledge. That means they would not be legally valid. Wehle strawmans by saying that the objection is that they where done by autopen.

Nope, Trump said it was an issue for the courts to decide. "Knows" is a high standard that requires positive knowledge, it's likely that Trump suspects at this point and thus needs follow-up, or what is called an investigation to see if evidence exists.
