That's like local tax payers believing they should be able to use public school facilities to work out in and play basketball during the summer when school is out of sessions because we'll the building is paid for by the tax payer. Hell they should be providing free buss rides to work. I wonder when Elon musk will publish the inequality of federal funding to public schools, and the corruption of funding the superintendents who work in government for public schools and universities. Obviously the government stopped doing it's job in the 80s jimmy Carter didn't help the situation.
