To be fair to them, it's literally the only story they've heard all week, spanning 3 news channels, 40 papers , 60 websites and 8 'political comedy' shows ..

I mean if 100% of everything I heard for 7 days was 1 story coming from all directions, id probably be convinced it's a big deal too..

It is weak attempt to fracture the Republican Parties unified momentum. Little do the leftist understand. The right have deferences of opinions yet the common good is their goal. America is better off with the democrat party diminished. The people have spoken.

But I understand where leftists are coming from in regards to this because such is their ideology and rigidly demanding Party politics that they never are allowed to disagree with their leadership or elites about anything. The very concept of citizens within their own Party thinking for themselves perplexes them.
