Communism is still socialistic in a way where a person is placed to do a task, trained in that task, and forced to do that task, but everyone is basically the same, forced to live the same, and cannot get out of the situation. Capitalism is a weird situation because it somehow embraces socialism for the poor. Meaning capitalism governments have set programs up for those who qualified, but it is contributed in a communistic way because it is a forced contribution by a capitalistic society. For those who live on the capitalistic social programs, they are introduced to communism because they must follow the program rules, and live a lower quality life, they do have the option to escape by joining the capitalist part of contributing members in society by working a full time job, but still even then minimum wage might not be enough to raise a family, this is why it is hard for the poor to escape socialism. The minimum wage earner is also one that basically lives on a poverty wage. Sure they can try to rise above, but it becomes hard when you are programmed into a specific class operating in a society.
