God has no gender, but in our language the default pronouns are male.

And God made humans in his likeness... So although humans all exist, and run on a magical sprit source like energy,, we all were made in gods likeness.. different Bibles say different words... But basically made in his image, so that might mean God is just like you or me. But who really knows the truth

I'd say likeness is first God's qualities - Kind, Good, Loving, Faithful, Perfect(without sin/sin nature), and so on. The physical image is what we are now as human. Now here's the thing. If God is omniscient then God knew what was going to happen 'long before' everything got created. From the Fall to what The Son(aka Jesus Christ) had to do. So being human like we are is not surprising because God already knew what we'd look like.

Now here's the interesting part. The Son is perhaps the most unique singular individual in the whole of creation. We humans are less than 100% human at the moment because of the sin nature. The Father and Holy Spirt are 100% God.

The Son who is also 100% God became 100% Human(no sinning, no sin nature). Sure He could have come to Earth as 100% God but in that 'form', whatever that might have been, however He could have not have satisfied the sin price(shedding of blood, death). So He became 100% Human on top of being 100% God. 100% Human so the sin price could be paid in full for not only the 'present' of His time on Earth but those who believed under the Old Covenant(Moses, David, Adam, Eve, Deborah, Job, etc, etc) but up to the present and far into the future until it's all said and done.

Now such an act on top of being able to handle all the suffering and torture that lead up to the cross and 'taking in of' the unknowable number of sins of the unownable number of believers (for us humans we don't know the actual numbers) would take a literal act of God to pull off. In that case Jesus would have to have retained His Divinity or Godliness as The Son. Or as Jesus put it - "With man it is impossible. With God all things are possible."

So did Jesus 'shed' the Human side when He returned to Heaven to sit beside His Father? NO! It's heavily implied in Revelation that Jesus is still 100% Human/100% God. This is shown by verses that describe Him with having 'pure white hair and beard'. Some have even theorized that Jesus still retains the scars caused by the nails and being stabbed by that spear.(He was already dead when stabbed). This is because He showed Thomas the scars as proof of who He was.

Again it does not matter what physical form we were created as because the Godhead/Trinity already knew what was going to happen from beginning to end and the huge part of that was The Son taking the form of a physical Human.

Calronmoonflower answered it best, without using circular logic reasoning by scripture.

Of course not, fictional characters don't change.

If he’s fictional, why do you care so much about his pronouns?

Nobody cares if someone accidentally says the wrong ones, it's when the person is hateful and purposely uses something that person hates. Are you saying people should be allowed to say the n-word just because they think it's okay? Both are hateful and easily avoidable.
0 ups, 2w
I’m not saying either. I’m saying people who pretend to be a different gender than they are shouldn’t expect everyone else to play along with their fantasy.

Then why can't you respect others?

Why can’t you respect people using proper English grammar?

I would say respecting other people is more important than respecting a language.

Some people lack spelling and grammar skills, thanks to learning difficulties, or public schooling failures. The whole , and is no longer a grammatically correct thing... But it was drilled into a specific generation as being correct.

You disrespect other people by condemning them for not using your alternate pronouns. If you want to live in an alternate reality where gender is a social construct, fine. But don’t try to punish others who choose to not join your fantasy.

Since you get so butthurt when anyone else has any.
0 ups, 3w
Everyone has pronouns. It’s part of the English language.
People like you get butthurt when people use proper English grammar instead of your “preferred pronouns”

A minority isn't punishing you by asking you to respect them. How are YOU being disrespected when someone asks you to call them something else? It's such a small thing for you to do but huge for them.
0 ups, 2w
People have lost their job, got expelled from school, or reprimanded at the very least just because they didn’t use someone’s “preferred pronouns.” That’s not a small thing. It’s discrimination, intolerance and not diversity or inclusion.

Blasphemy

Jesus was born a man, and since the father, son and holy spirit are basically one man, that means god is he.
