Legal treason has a specific definition and requitements for conviction set by the constitution.

Article III, Section 3, Clause 1: Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.

You are correct re legal treason/Constitution, calron. I was referring to the type of treason We The People normally reference. Under this interpretation, Biden and the boys most definitely were treasonous. But as I said, you are correct in your Constitutional interpretation.

Calron legal definition of treason still fits and should be applied to Biden, he allowed a foreign army's legions to invade our country , murder Americans, and then set of legal precedents to protect them under our very own laws.. that is directly synonymous with the definition of treason under article III.
