The only reason I'm claiming he was raped is because I am holding the same standards to women as we hold to men. Whether you believe it or not, men are raped. In fact, if you include prison, men are raped at 3x a higher rate than women are.
If a woman is drunk and a man takes advantage of her, whether she's a willing participant or not, we call it rape. This is because when drunk, your mental capacity is lowered. The woman doesn't have to say no while drunk for it to be tried as a rape in court if she claims rape. So that being said, the same goes for when a woman has sex with a drunk man.
