You're 100% correct. As bad as it is now, with income and our money being taxed multiple times, they have only just begun to figure out ways to steal our money.

So to answer the question from the meme, NO. When a person or entity like a govt steals your money, they do not give it back.

Maybe when we all go to trial for tax evasion, we can get a judge like Trump had, who insanely under-valued his assets. Yeah, that would be nice.

In order to collect a tax on “unrealized gains” those who have stocks would have to sell them — causing a massive devaluation. This would lead to companies forced to lay off workers, which would net less income tax revenue. In the end, lower income people would suffer most.

Not only do they tax/steal your worth, the now tax/steal your "potential" worth.
