Here in Minnesota (unlike some southern red states), we don't tolerate racist, murdering cops.

However 19 deaths and 140 injuries to innocent people during riots appears acceptable. Police Chief James Craig in Detroit prevented the rioters. So it could have been done. Many cities including Minneapolis allowed and encouraged rioters and looters.
