Unless the pregnant woman intended to have an abortion, her unborn would eventually become born. So if they both get murdered, double homicide.

If she did intend to have an abortion and she and her fetus got murdered beforehand... I am all for calling that a double homicide as well.

If pro-abortion activists were so supportive of abortions, they would be willing to pay for them themselves, rather than force taxpayer funds to pay for them.

Here is an idea, make sure pregnancy does not happen. There is even a morning after pill. If you don't have sense enough to know what causes pregnancy, you certainly don't need to make a decision on human life.
