okay.
Whatever you do or The State on your behalf does or attempts to do,
Don't Tread On My Next Door Neighbors constitutionally protected right to own the private property of a weapon she legally and lawfully purchased for self protection, nor tread on her other rights protected by other amendments without paying her for the government absconding her personal property at fair market value, including weapons.
With an estimated 400 million self defense weapons out there in the USA, there exists much property that does not belong to you, nor the state and as such, she has the right to bequeath said property unto the individual person of her chosing, or sell it at market value for free market rate, without you nor the government being nosy. Now, if she wishes to sell to another citizen of the USA, and the state wishes to make a higher offer, to purchase items at fair market value or above, she may consider all offers. Her call, of course. Otherwise, please butt out, and mind your own business. For her business is not yours, and I'll advocate on her little old lady behalf.
