The state of transgender is a misnomer. It indicates you are transitioning to another sex which is impossible and the permanent consequences of cosmetic surgery are tragic.

There is a scientificly observed and acknowledged answer to your question , it is the same basis that archeologists determine if a skeleton was a male or female, bone structure is an undeniable,irrefutable, 100% fact based way to determine who is male and female- it has nothign to do with "social constructs" or "gender roles" men and women are different and are not interchangeable.

There are several biological markers that indicate which. Chromosomes, genitalia, etc. as well as the same indicators that allow archeologists to determine male from female remains.
