I don't entirely disagree. Robert Heinlein's Starship Troopers -- the novel, not the movie -- was pretty much about the root core of effective citizenship and why one of the holders of the franchise should be ex-military personnel because they HAVE HAD skin in the game.

But he also pointed out that it does not guarantee sane voting habits. It's more that it's the right and proper thing to do rather than that it is a guarantee of anything.

Once again...the Biden administration planned the attack months in advance as stated publicly by the president himself, they equipped and trained the teams that executed it, they provided all the financing for all of it under the cover of funding war, they hid the fact that they knew about it from the public. Now here is one that did not made the news. I am a pipefitter. 6/7months before all this was even thought of. U.S. pipefitters shipped over to Africa to start a new US natural gas pipeline through to that region. Now that pipeline would have ran through Niger which opposed the pipeline. In July of this year Niger experienced a Coup d'état by the military and overthrew the government.

I don't know all the details behind that, but it sounds pretty hard to believe that the President of the United States had a pipeline blown up on purpose. And if you're saying the coup d'état in Niger was for purposes of getting a pipeline into the country, maybe that's true and maybe it's not. I'm not saying politicians don't do shady things, but that doesn't make the Democrat party a terrorist organization.
