It basically implies that they're entitled to rich tall men. Imagine if we said something similar to men about women.

"The person you "settle" for likewise "settles" for you."

Absolutely true, feller. Hopefully, "committed" as well which I believe is harder to find today.

Toxic femininity is real (as depicted in your meme, lol).

A woman once screamed at me, "You think I can't get someone else? I know my worth!"

To which I calmly, and with a humored grin, replied, "I allow you can and I allow you do. But what you don't seem to know is my worth".

That took the sass out of her 😄

:) Yes, it is a two-way street, a give and take but there has to be mutual respect as well. You dodged a bullet there, feller.

This is the type of woman who overestimates her attractiveness & who is interested in only men who can benefit her (as she skipped the lesson on values & giving back more than you get)...

Champagne taste....

Many videos made of women proclaiming the kind of man who "must" approach them to have a "shot"
1. Over 6 feet tall
2. Earns over $500,000 per year
3. Engagement ring worth $500,000 minimum.
4. No prenup!
I would never suggest settling and it's cool to have preferences but they are seeking less than 1% of the men in the world. If a person believes they deserve it. Hold out til they find one... Animal shelters always have residents looking for a home in the meantime.. say 30 or 40 years worth of time

Obviously, all the wrong stipulations as money doesn't make one happy plus chances are she couldn't keep a man content and probably has a history of no relationships or failed relationships.

I completely agree. People put their faith in money for their happiness and it always disappoints them. Matthew Perry, Owen Wilson, etc. The list goes on ad nauseum as to the people with riches and fame. Never enough. Never fulfilling. Owen tried to take his life. Matthew's went downhill for a long time. To Matthew Perry, God speed, I pray you found your way. Owen? There's a better way to live. To those like them. You don't have to live that way. Hoping for money can't solve all your problems. There is only One that can.

I have never understood how a MAN could ever wear a pussy hat! I honestly would never wear one as a female but you saw the number of people who proudly wore those silly hats. Great comment, Lord.

Strong men=good.
Smart men=even better.
Weak men=feminists.
Sissified men who wear pussy hats=the worst.

Don't assume someone's life situation by the memes they make. For all you know, he or she could be in a loving relationship with someone, but still recognize the biases society has towards women and other "oppressed" groups and against "majority" groups like men.

The posted meme is not about rejection. The meme was about something often said to females that would be ill received if males said the same thing about them. He was certainly entitled to his opinion (which I felt was a worthy one) yet you inferred that women are not that into him. What the heck? You could not possibly know anything about him. I would venture to say that he would be attractive to many women as an intelligent conservative man.

How does one anoint oneself to judging a stranger you know nothing about especially when you misinterpreted his meme? Hmm...

Look here. Nobody said no to me, and even if they did, that doesn't make my point any less valid. There are plenty of women who have all of the qualities that are the reasons you listed for "not settling", and that's not a generalization, that is fact. It's also a fact that, especially nowadays, many Western women do have a very mercenary/otherwise shallow attitude towards men, regardless of what the man's lifestyle/personality is like. You also proved my other point in this; nowadays people will justify women committing murder (figuratively and literally), yet they would not if a man did the same thing. Cheated on him? He must have done something to deserve it. Falsely accuses him? He's guilty until proven innocent. She rapes him? He isn't the victim, and he has to pay child support to his rapist. Also not helping is how nowadays pretty much any form of masculinity is seen as "toxic" if men show it.
