The medical examiner was under extreme pressure from the authorities to tie the cops to Floyd's death. When he was on the ground, he was dying of a fentanyl overdose and was thrashing around and not responding to the police because he was dying of a drug overdose. The cops were railroaded and falsely charged with his murder to stop the rioting.
