Do you honestly believe that preventing puberty at the appropriate, natural time of life is harmless? This intervention cannot be casually reversed later on without consequences. A good friend of mine suffered from delayed puberty syndrome- he literally looked and sounded like a 11 year old kid when he entered college. He was given a testosterone induced artificial puberty in his 20's. Initially, it worked out: he now has kids. But as he has now entered his middle years, the side effects have hit: he has a degenerative neurological condition complete with uncommanded hand motions, vocal ticks, and facial ticks when he isn't focusing on a task. And these symptoms are only getting worse with age. Many of these people who are taking big doses of the incorrect hormones for their physical gender will be facing a similar future. You cannot freely mess around with hormone injections and puberty blockers without eventually paying the piper.

Puberty blockers cause irreparable lifelong consequences. Your ten year old shouldn’t decide if they want them.

Can you untake or disinject the puberty blockers? No you can't. Once they are in the system - they are in the system. It's literally the definition of irreversible because you can't undo the action that put them there and you can't filter them out of the body after intake.

And how much of the pill or injection gets filtered out over time? None of it. It stays in there and keeps doing stuff.

No, hence why they need to keep getting injected. Same as anyone's body needs hormones to be produced througjout their lives, and the natural decrease with age is part of the decrepitude that happens with age.
It's the physical development that was stalled or altered that is permanent.

There's a case of identical twin brothers you can look up in which one decided to tansition at an early age. The differences between them are very noticeable. Now having reached adulthood, if the one who transitioned decided to transition back, the effects would be more limited, the slighter skeletal build and skull, etc, are permanent.

The findings support a growing body of evidence showing the harm and irreparable damage of experimental medical treatments for children with gender dysphoria.

Bone density usually picks back up once normal puberty resumes. Every medication has side effects and informed consent forms that provides lists of those side effects in great detail. If we started banning all life saving medication that had risky side effects we would have no medicine at all.

The Right has proven again and again that their faux concern of "Won't someone please think of the children" is nothing but a front to push their fascistic, theocratic, anti-freedom agenda. Live by your own rules and stop trying to push government control into people's lives where it shouldn't be.
