If Joe Biden was your grandpa, you'd take away his car keys and think about putting him into a nursing home. So if he's not capable for driving on the highway, he definitely shouldn't be holding the most important office.

I'm pretty sure in that scenario he would be going into a nursing home. Most people don't want to change Pop Pop's diaper, no matter how much they love him.
