Welfare isn't slavery

Some entire families have lived on welfare for generations. They have no basic social skills. They are completely dependent. My brother does Christian mission work in inner-city neighborhoods. Not sure you would call it slavery but it ain't far from it.

Surely you are intelligent enough to know that serious historians study different historic paradigms. That is the way any scholarship works.
