True. It's about creating so many rules, each with so many exceptions, that you cannot say a word without offending someone, somewhere. And then they'll have you by your own feeling of guilt for having hurt some showflake's tender feelings. And you can spend the rest of your life apologizing, never daring to speak out again.

If two Beavis & Butthead types are sitting around and one says to the other "That's gay" then that's a slur.

If I said something like that in response to one of your comments I would surely get a flag.

Just cuz you say so, it doesn't make it true, OM, lol! I will agree that private companies do have the upper hand when it comes to stipulating lines not to cross in the spoken word. What Cam said was said in jest. It was funny. We just refuse to lighten up when it comes to LGBTQ+.

In America, if you want to call me fat or a dumb blonde, you have the right to do so. Today, people are a little too much into the 'feelz' and especially people from the left side who punish others as the NFL chose to do in this case. Btw, hope you have read how the word 'fat' is fast becoming a word of the past as it is a little descriptive for some people and object to it being used in kid's books, etc....

People have different senses of humor. As a hetero female, I thought it was cute....the guy is into women. No harm, no foul and funny. He should have the right to say it (IMO). When the NFL had a problem w/ it, he apologized. That was more than enough and he didn't deserve a $40,000 bitch slap. The NBA Commissioners' office is filled w/ SJWs who need to stop being WOKE and need to WAKE UP...
