I'd be happy with that turnaround time. Mine usually take 5 to 6 hours and have up to 10 or more views before they're featured.

It took close to an hour for this one but mainly I think it was because they didn't get it

as one of the conservatives, I'm just here to say yes. I have had normal innocent memes take a day to feature. 2 hours is literally nothing. Pretty sure imgflip flags things for manual review and such delays happens because a moderator needs to actually get online to review. If anything only 2 hours on such a flagged meme suggests the mods are on our side...
