Best meme I've seen on imgflip in a long, long time, and about a very serious issue.

Well done.

Kill those murderers. In the Bible it says, "the wages of sin is death." they deserve what they put on those poor old people

Come on yolo, your attempt at making a political point is just as bad as someone else's reply to this meme.

Our seniors were in effect murdered by being forced into these homes, yet you can't seem to avoid making this a partisan political issue with your reply? Pretty sick, imo.

"It was an extension of a pretty popular narrative here.... "

So because one whack job posts something that you consider an extension of a popular narrative, that you consider somehow connected to republicans, that means you can politicize the deaths of seniors at the hands of govt officials who caused their deaths?

Un-freaking-believable.

I don't give one rat's rear about which party these governors belong to. They murdered seniors. Why can't you get that?

I really have no clue what the rest of your rambling post has to do with anything, let alone anything related to me, since I seem to be fairly in the crosshairs of the post.

And don't presume you have any clue about what I've said here, unless you read it yourself. You've been wrong about me nearly every single time you've done that, that I know of.

"So because one whack job posts something....."

That was simply the most recent example of someone that I bothered to engage in conversation with. I have more if you like.

"..that you consider an extension of a popular narrative..."

They themselves said "WITH covid not FROM covid" in the same conversation, so they were clearly expanding upon the idea (which is by no means original to them...it's been said here many times).

"..that you consider somehow connected to republicans"

You're free to pretend it's not, if you like.... I've been watching this play out on imgflip since the pandemic began though.

And Republicans and other people on the right have pretty consistently sh*t on wearing masks, vaccination, covid deaths, covid severity, called it a scamdemic, plandemic, and so on..... Show me a meme here about any of that^ and I'll show you a creator on the right. Feel free to give your own examples of lefties memeing or talking about that if you have any though. Prove me wrong.

"that means you can politicize the deaths of seniors at the hands of govt officials who caused their deaths"

Nowhere did I mention seniors nor govt officials..... My meme is based on what I've seen here in general from republicans and other people on the right. The OP meme just reminded me of the idea.

In any case, considering your unabashed praise for the clearly partisan OP meme.... "best meme I've seen on imgflip in a long, long time".... you can save your crocodile tears about "partisan politicization" for someone else.

If you're going to attempt to criticize politicization, be consistent. Do it on both sides. Otherwise, you also appear to be partisan...
Just a suggestion.

The mere fact, yolo, that you've now twice defended making murdering seniors a partisan issue, more than proves my point.
0 ups, 1y
Your point is ridiculous. You praised the OP for making it a partisan issue but you cry about me doing it (allegedly).

Save.... your.... tears...
for another day.

I agree, as should the republicans that suppressed covid data, pushed vaccine misinformation, and told working class people that they should be willing to die for the economy.

It seems you incapable of looking at this as anything other than a partisan political issue.

Our seniors were in effect murdered. But you seem to care more about laying blame on a political party. Pretty sick, imo.

Bruh, I agreed with the OP’s statement. Who’s trying to be partisan here?
0 ups, 1y
So you claiming to be in agreement with the OP's statement somehow negates what I said about your post?

Hardly.

And please explain how what I wrote is partisan in any way.

I don't give a rat's rear which political party the governors who did this belong to. Murdering our seniors should not have any political angle at all. Why you can' t comprehend that simple concept should be disturbing, even to you.

What makes you think the OP isn't 100% partisan?

Because they could have stopped and said, "these governors need to be held accountable"

But no, they kept it going with "notice they're all Ds"

Thus making it partisan.

A non partisan post would have gone on to add that any governors who suppressed covid data or spread misinformation & lies should also be held accountable for the deaths they caused.

THAT would be non-partisan.

"What makes you think the OP isn't 100% partisan?"

What makes you think that matters? The partisan political angle is absolutely not what's important about that meme. At least not to me, because I consider the murder of our seniors to be more important. If republican govs had done it, I'd be just as harsh on them about it.

Your obsessions with the mistaken notion that my comment had anything to do with caring about the meme being partisan displays a lack of an ability to keenly grasp the obvious (at least in this case.) The mere fact that my comment clearly stated it shouldn't be a partisan political issue seems to have escaped you.
