I do think people should use whichever restroom they identify as, restrooms have privacy stalls.
If someone wants to use a locker room that matches thier identity, but not thier genitalia, they should be required to keep thier genitalia covered. Women should have a reasonable expectation that they won't encounter a p**is in the women's locker room, and while a va**na isn't as out there, it's still a good idea to keep a towel wrapped around thier waist in the men's locker room.
They are probably disqualified from women's sports, not based on biology, but on disallowed enhancements (hormone treatments).

Wouldn't hormone treatments have the opposite effect as steroids if they're transitioning to a more female body?

The person in the photo is biologically female and transitioned to male. So they are not transitioning to a female body.

The point the comment was making, is that if we enforced use of bathrooms based on biological sex, that person, who presents quite clearly as male, would have to use the female restroom, and most likely make the women in that restroom uncomfortable.

Well, if that is a woman, then according to rational thinking, she needs to be institutionalized. I suppose if the mental institution has separate men's and women's sports, she shouldn't be allowed to play in either.

I am not sure which is a greater danger to society- people with severe mental illnesses inflicting themselves on others, or idiotic liberals supporting such behavior, using the smallest fraction of 1% to make their ill-conceived point.

How is somebody "inflicting themselves on others" just by existing? It takes a really scared and cowardly person to be afraid of the very existence of people who are different.

Mentally healthy people don’t obsess over other people’s genitals to the degree that you do. Go see a therapist.
