So... you feel that this lawyer's claim is credible because... there's video footage that hasn't been released (that you haven't seen and can't verify exists) and therefore this validates the claim of a sealed document (that you also can't view or verify exists)?

And you're rejecting evidence that has verifiable existence. Like, for example, the public testimony by Proud Boys members that they believed Trump was calling them to overthrow the election.

That's been a key part of their defense. Trump wanted us to do it. So we did it. That's why it's okay.

Just so it's clear. You have accepted the premise the Jan 6th wasn't a violent attempt by a Sitting US President and his followers in an attempt to keep him in power.

And you hold on to this conclusion based on idea that there is more footage that will somehow exonerate him. Even though there is no evidence of 'more footage.' AND that the defendants have said that they did try to violently overthrow the government because Trump told them to do it.
