I support freedom of the press. I support neutral streams like politics. I support the freedom of conservatives to have and to mod their own streams with their own stated viewpoints. And I support the freedom of liberals to do the same. I don't go around spamming gun control memes in the Firearm_Friendly stream, I wouldn't spam Satanic memes in a Christian stream, I wouldn't try to post dog memes in a cats stream or post cat memes in a dogs stream.

What you see as an issue of freedom of speech is more simply stated as an issue of content organization. If we featured conservative memes in a liberal stream, it would stop being a liberal stream.

It is healthcare as it is a procedure that terminates a pregnancy. Is it not healthcare to perform a life-saving abortion for someone with an ectopic pregnancy?

I agree that it is a "medical procedure" and that in extremely rare situations like ectopic pregnancy it may be necessary to kill the baby to save the mother. But, it seems pretty darn insensitive to call killing a baby "healthcare." Calling abortion "healthcare" feels like a willful attempted to reframe abortion as a good and positive thing. I'm pro-choice in the early stage of pregnancy, but I still think abortion is a unfortunate and regrettable thing. It's sad to be ending a life, though I understand it may be the best thing to do in some circumstances. It's not like removing a tumor.

Okay, if you admit it is a medical procedure, then you must also accept that healthcare is providing medical care, which includes procedures such as abortion. I personally think abortion is a positive thing when a pregnant person genuinely has the right to decide whether to carry their pregnancy to term, and if they don’t want to, have safe, legal and affordable access to an abortion to terminate the pregnancy (or “kill the baby” as you would put it).

The Democrat standard under Clinton was "Safe, Legal and Rare." The rare part is key. Rare implies the negativity. It's not something we should be doing casually. And, it's definitely not something to be celebrated. You've switched all the way from Rare to affordable. Affordable is like... cheap and easy... pretty much the opposite of rare. The other problem is the left calls ALL abortions "healthcare." This would include an abortion late in pregnancy. It definitely isn't "healthcare" to be chopping up a viable baby that could survive outside of the mother... but the mother simply decides she doesn't want the baby. What is the difference between killing a baby 1 hour before it is born and 1 hour after it's born? Why not call it "healthcare" to kill a 3 month old or 1 year old simply because you don't want the baby? I understand that there will be cases where we might let a 3 month old baby die. It could be the most humane thing if it has serious medical conditions. But, I wouldn't consider this "healthcare." And, I don't believe any state would actually allow you to euthanize a new born... even if it has serious medical conditions. We allow nature to take it's course. You definitely can't euthanize a new born simply because you don't want the baby. The baby would be taken from the mother instead. The left seems to have this entire discussion and never mention the baby... like it is cancer or something.

If you have an old sick dog, the most humane thing to do might be to euthanize the dog. This is a medical procedure. I would not say I was providing "healthcare" to my dog when I had it euthanized.
